Gardner Denver, OPI and Ajax Pumps

Gardner Denver Production Pumps set the worldwide standardin general oilfield and industrial applications. These Triplex and Quintuplex pumps are ideal for salt water disposal, chemical injection, water flood, petroleum product transfer, hot oil and amine service. They range from 25 to 300 HP (18 to 224 KW) and 165 to 1,600 HP (123 to 1,194 KW).

Gardner Denver Duplex Pumps are available from 16 to 133 HP (12 to 99 KW), in air, steam, gas or motor driven models. Applications include oil line pumping, mine dewatering, boiler feed, grouting and gunnite applications.

OPI leads as an innovator in high-pressure, heavy-duty pumps specially designed for well servicing and stimulation as well as industrial applications. They range from 350 to 2,000 HP (261 to 1,492 KW) and up to 20,000 PSI (1,432 kg/cm3). They deliver superior service in cementing, acidizing, sand and water fracturing, as well as industrial applications around the world.

Ajax Vertical Plunger Pumps are ideal for high pressure, high volume applications where space is limited. These three- and five-cylinder pumps range in size from 150 to 600 HP (112 to 448 KW).

Continuous Duty

Continuous Duty Triplex & Quintuplex Horizontal Pumps 25 to 300 HP
These durable lightweight pumps are available with a variety of low to high pressure fluid cylinders constructed of aluminum bronze, nodular iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel, dependent upon the application.

Well Servicing

Well Servicing Triplex Pumps 165 to 400 HP.  Gardner Denver's well servicing pumps are specifically designed for cementing, acidizing, sand control, hot oil service and general workover. A typical well servicing pump may be required to pump a cement plug over an old set of perforations in the morning and drill the cement out the next day with drilling mud. These pumps are lightweight and typically mounted on skids or trucks for mobility.

Well Stimulation

The majority of wells today require some type of stimulating job be performed on the producing formation to aid in the flow of natural gas or oil back to the well bore. Requirements can be as demanding as pressures up to 20,000 PSI. These pumps fracture the formation and virtually lay a pipeline of proppants in place for the oil or gas to flow back to the well.

Single-Acting

Single-Acting Mud Pumps 275 to 1600 HP (205 to 1194 KW).  These pumps will economically perform the following services:  drilling, workover, cementing, acidizing, formation squeezing, *pipeline application and *slurry applications. (*For these applications consult the factory for ratings.)

Double-Acting

Double Acting Duplex Mud Pumps 16 to 500 HP (12 to 373 KW).  The compact FXN Mud Pump is designed for medium pressure mud service.  the pump features cast or forged steel, reversible fluid cylinders and has nine sizes of liners and pistons to match various downhole requirements as drilling conditions change.  It is skid-mounted for easy handling.

SELF-PRIMING APPLICATION
Pumps range in suction lift capability from 4 1/2-21 feet dry, 25 feet can be reached in a primed condition.  Suction lift will vary according to materials of construction and application parameters.

SUBMERGED APPLICATION

POSITIVE SUCTION HEAD APPLICATION
Used extensively for drawing off the bottom of holding tanks, clarifiers, etc.  Pumps operate most efficiently when inlet pressure is limited to 7-10 psi.

Western Chemical feeders are positive displacement piston-type pumps which are designed to be driven by electric motor through a suitable speed reducer.  One to five operating fluid ends on one compact pump drive box.Feed rate adjustable for each head independently.Standard design fluid ends proven through many years service.Stainless steel Fluid end for severe chemical are available.

Turn externally mounted knobs to vary feed volume from 0 to 55 quarts per 24 hours per fluid end.
